Information we collect

• Account details: e.g., username, email, login/verification details.
• Age affirmation: confirmation that you are 20+ (and related records needed to enforce this).
• Device & identifiers: IP address, device/browser info, cookie/advertising IDs (where enabled), log data.
• Analytics & usage: pages viewed, session events, referral URLs, approximate location from IP.
• Support messages: content you send to us, attachments, and contact details.

How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service (including fraud prevention and enforcing age limits).
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account or the Service.
• Measure performance and improve features using analytics.
• Send optional marketing where you have consented (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Your rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information. If we refuse a request, we will explain why (as required). You can also complain to us, and you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz) if you are not satisfied with our response.

Minors (20+ only)

The Service is intended for people aged 20 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 20. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
