These Terms govern your access to and use of goldenspingo.com and our social casino arcade (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility (20+)
You must be at least 20 years old and able to form a binding contract under New Zealand law. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the Service.
2. Social casino—no real-money gambling
- The Service is for entertainment only.
- Virtual coins/chips/credits and virtual items have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable for money, cryptocurrencies, or anything of real-world value.
- No prizes of real-world value are offered through gameplay.
- We do not provide cash-out or wagering with real money through the Service.
3. Accounts and security
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for activity on your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable law.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected misuse.
4. Acceptable use & anti-cheat
- No cheating, bots, automation, exploits, tampering, or reverse engineering.
- No selling, transferring, or trading accounts or virtual currency/items.
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive conduct, including attempts to disrupt the Service.
5. In-app purchases (if offered)
If the Service offers paid features or virtual currency, purchases are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout. Except where required by New Zealand law or the provider’s refund rules, purchases are non-refundable once delivered/credited. Taxes may apply. Chargebacks or fraud may result in suspension or termination.
6. Service changes, updates & termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including virtual currency balances) and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Liability & consumer rights (NZ)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable and not lawfully excluded.
8. Disputes & governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
